TJF's board is considering moving towards two-year maximum terms for TJF directors instead of three-year maximum terms. This is intended to make more manageable the commitment involved and to encourage more members to come forward and play a more active role in our organisation.

This vote is not binding, but will help to inform whether we bring forward proposals to change our Articles of Association at the summer 2026 AGM.

Do you support moving to two-year maximum terms for TJF directors?

The “yes” (83.8%) wins over the “no” (16.2%).
